The Second Installment
The second payment installment of £650 per person, due on
September 15, 2025, marks a critical transition from initial planning into
firmly securing key components of the trip. This payment directly covers:

Significant Accommodation Deposits: While the first payment
helped secure the non-refundable villa booking in Tuscany, this second
installment allows us to place substantial deposits on the accommodations in
the other locations. For a group of 14, hotels and guesthouses often require a
significant down payment to officially confirm a large block of rooms and hold
the specific dates. This payment locks in the group rate we have negotiated and
guarantees our space, ensuring we have a place to stay in all locations.

Early-Bird Excursions & High-Demand Activities: This payment
allows us to book and pay for high-demand tours and excursions that fill up
months in advance. Examples of what this might cover include deposits for:

Private guided tours for historical sites.
·
Exclusive group experiences like a private boat charter.
·
Cooking classes or food tours that have limited space.
By collecting this payment now, we are able to move forward with
confirming reservations that cannot be left to a later date, securing our
itinerary and ensuring all planned activities are available to the group. This
portion of your payment is largely non-refundable, as it is immediately used to
fulfill the financial commitments required by our suppliers at this stage.
The Third Installment
What This Payment Covers
This third installment is crucial for securing all the complex ground transportation and transfers necessary for our group to move smoothly between our four destinations. This £800 specifically covers the costs for:
Inter-Location Transfers: Payments for all key travel required to move our group between the Greek and Italian locations. This includes securing our high-speed train tickets from Bari, booking the necessary transportation to move us through Tuscany, and covering the final leg of ground transport as we move on to Rome.
Airport/Port Transfers: Booking private group transfers to get us and all our luggage to and from airports and ports at the start and end of various legs of the trip.
Key Excursion Transportation: Deposits for transportation required for specific remote excursions where private minivans or minibuses are the only feasible option for our group size.
Important Note on Internal Flights
Please note that the internal flights between Athens and Bari have been paid for directly by you, the clients, and are no longer included as a line item in the remaining scheduled package cost.
We will readjust the final installment (Payment 6 in May 2026) to reflect this change. The final payment amount will be lowered to ensure your total payments correctly equate to the trip's estimated final cost of £4800 per person, fully accounting for the flight cost you covered directly.
